AjaxDeferLoadingProcessor	Processor to be applied on the DatatableOptions.AJAX_DEFERLOADING option.
AjaxPipeliningProcessor	Processor to be applied on the DatatableOptions.AJAX_PIPELINING option.
AjaxReloadFunctionProcessor	Processor used when the table uses an AJAX source and the end-user wants to be able to reload a table.
AjaxReloadSelectorProcessor	Processor used when the table uses an AJAX source and the end-user wants to be able to reload a table.
AjaxServerSideProcessor	Processor used when server-side processing is enabled.
